Dispatch times, carriers, packaging, delivery, and what to do when a parcel is damaged or does not arrive.

This policy covers how orders placed on dualcorepeptides.com are packed, dispatched and delivered, and the windows within which a shipping problem must be reported.
Orders are picked and packed on working days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Orders are picked and dispatched within one to two business days of payment being received and verified. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once the parcel is with the carrier.
Payment must clear before an order is picked. An order held for payment review is not in the dispatch queue.
Domestic shipping is free on orders of $250 or more. Below that, shipping is a flat $9.99.
We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS and FedEx. We choose the carrier and service at dispatch. The rate you pay is the flat rate above; it is not a carrier-calculated rate.
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently accept international orders, and we do not ship to addresses outside the United States or its territories.
Secure protective packaging — products are packaged to help prevent damage during shipment.
What was picked is recorded against the order before it is sealed, so we can identify the material you received later.
Products in this catalogue are shipped at ambient temperature and do not require cold-chain handling in transit. On arrival, store material according to the handling guidance for the compound concerned.
Dispatch time and transit time are separate. Dispatch is the one to two business days we take to pick and hand over your order. Transit is the time the carrier then takes, which depends on the service used and on your location.
Any transit estimate is the carrier’s own and is an estimate, not a guarantee. We are not able to expedite a parcel once it has been handed over.
Tracking is issued at dispatch. The first carrier scan can lag the dispatch email by up to a working day, which is normal and not a sign the parcel is lost.
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer carton before opening it further, then photograph the contents in place. Email both to support@dualcorepeptides.com with your order number.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dualcorepeptides.com with your order number and photographs of both the packaging and the affected items. We review each case individually and will replace or refund the affected items at our discretion.
Photographs taken before unpacking are the difference between a claim that is paid and one that is not. Take them first.
If tracking shows delivered and nothing arrived, check with anyone else at the address and with your local carrier depot before contacting us — a high proportion of these resolve at that step.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first to open a claim, as they hold the delivery record. If tracking has not updated for seven business days, contact us at support@dualcorepeptides.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address you provide at checkout. We are not able to refund or replace an order delivered to an address entered incorrectly, and any cost of re-sending it is payable by you.
A parcel refused at delivery, or returned to us as undeliverable, is treated under the Refund Policy. Where a refund is issued in these circumstances, the outbound and return shipping costs are deducted from it.
The delivery address you enter at checkout is the address we print. Check it before you pay — an address corrected after a label has been generated usually means the parcel has to complete its journey and be returned before it can go out again.
If you spot an error before dispatch, email support@dualcorepeptides.com with your order number immediately. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier we cannot redirect it, and any redirection the carrier offers is a contract between you and them.
We deliver to residential and business addresses in the United States. We do not ship to freight-forwarding addresses. PO boxes can be served by USPS but not by UPS or FedEx, so selecting a PO box will limit the services offered to you at checkout.
Orders are picked on working days only. An order placed late on a Friday is picked on the following Monday, and a public holiday adds a day to that.
We pick and dispatch on business days only. No dispatch takes place at weekends or on United States public holidays, and orders placed then are processed on the next business day.
Carriers also reduce services around public holidays, which affects transit rather than dispatch — a parcel can be dispatched on time and still take longer to arrive during a holiday period.
Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery by the carrier to the address given at checkout. Until delivery, the risk of loss or damage in transit rests with us, which is why damage and non-delivery claims are handled under the windows set out above.
