There are eight of them and they are not interchangeable. Knowing which one answers your question is quicker than reading all of them.
The Research Use Only Policy sits above the rest. It states what these products are and who may buy them, and where anything else on the site appears to conflict with it, it wins. If you read only one, read that.
The Terms of Service govern the relationship — orders, pricing, accounts, liability, governing law. The Privacy and Cookie policies cover information. The Shipping and Refund policies cover the physical order and what happens when it goes wrong. The Age Verification Policy explains the gate on the front door, and the Accessibility statement records where the site stands and how to report a barrier.
Working backwards from the question is faster than working forwards from the list.
If the question is whether you are allowed to buy something, or what we will discuss with you, it is the Research Use Only Policy. If it is about money — pricing, a promotional code, a cancellation, what happens if a payment reverses — it is the Terms of Service, with the Refund Policy covering anything after the order has shipped.
If it is about a parcel that has not arrived, arrived damaged, or arrived short, it is the Shipping Policy first and the Refund Policy second; the Shipping Policy sets the reporting windows and the Refund Policy sets what happens once a claim is accepted.
If it is about information we hold, it is the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy for anything your browser stores. If it is about the confirmation screen on the way in, it is the Age Verification Policy. If something on the site is unusable for you, it is the Accessibility statement, which also tells you how to report it.
Where two documents appear to conflict, the Research Use Only Policy takes precedence and the more specific document beats the more general one. If a conflict is real rather than apparent, tell us — that is a drafting fault at our end.
The documents in this section set out the terms on which this site operates: what the products are sold for, how orders are shipped and refunded, how personal information is handled, and the law that governs the relationship between us.
These policies are reviewed as the business changes. The date each was last updated is shown at the top of the page. If anything here conflicts with something you have been told directly, the policy text is what applies.
