This statement describes the accessibility of dualcorepeptides.com. It is written to be accurate rather than reassuring, which means it names what has not been verified.
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.
We build this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA and treat that as the standard to meet. We have not yet had the finished site audited against it by a third party, so we do not claim formal conformance — we would rather tell you where we are than publish a conformance level we have not tested.
The templates were built with a number of accessibility properties as a matter of construction rather than as a later pass.
Known areas we are still working on: the cart drawer does not always announce updates to a screen reader, and the quantity stepper on product pages is easier to operate with a mouse than with a keyboard. If you hit either, email us and we will complete the order with you directly.
Certificates are published as PDFs supplied by the analytical laboratory. We do not control their internal structure, and some may not be fully accessible. If you need the contents of a certificate in another format, ask and we will provide them.

We answer accessibility reports within one business day and will tell you what we intend to do about the problem and when.
The catalog, the COA Library and the checkout are the three journeys that matter most, and they are the three to test first.
Headings are nested in order on every page, so a screen reader’s heading list works as a table of contents. Every image slot carries alt text. Links are labelled with what they do rather than with ‘read more’. Layouts reflow to a single column rather than requiring horizontal scrolling.
If you use a screen magnifier, the pale-on-white section tints are the area most likely to cause difficulty. Tell us if they do.
Sections fade in as they scroll into view. If your operating system is set to reduce motion, those animations are suppressed and the content appears immediately — this is honoured at the template level rather than requiring a setting on the site.
Nothing on the site autoplays, flashes, or moves without being scrolled to.
Certificates of Analysis are PDFs produced by the analytical laboratory. Their internal structure is outside our control and some may not be tagged for screen readers.
If you need the contents of a certificate in another format – the figures read out, or a plain-text version – email support@dualcorepeptides.com with your order number and we will provide them. This is not a workaround we mind being asked for.
The site is checked by keyboard alone from the catalogue through to checkout, and with a screen reader on the pages that carry the most function — product, cart and checkout. An automated checker is run alongside that, but the manual pass is the one we act on. A full third-party audit is planned once the store is live.
Automated tools catch roughly a third of real barriers. A statement based only on an automated scan is worth less than one based on somebody trying to buy something with the mouse unplugged.
