This policy states the basis on which DualCore Peptides sells every product in its catalog. It is not boilerplate appended to a storefront; it is the reason the storefront is written the way it is, and it takes precedence over any other description of a product on this site.
Every product sold by DualCore Peptides is a research chemical or a laboratory supply, supplied for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified personnel.
None is approved by the Food and Drug Administration for any use. None is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition in any person or animal.
Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older, and must be purchasing as, or on behalf of, a qualified researcher or research institution.
By placing an order you confirm that the products will be handled by trained personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting, that you accept responsibility for their lawful storage, handling and disposal, and that you will not administer them to any person or animal.
We will not describe an effect, benefit or outcome of any compound in a person or animal, in a product description, an article, an email or a phone call.
We will not provide dosing, protocol, reconstitution or administration guidance of any kind.
We will not knowingly sell to a purchaser who indicates an intention to use a product in a person or animal. Where an order or a message indicates that intention, the order will be cancelled and refunded and no further orders will be accepted from that account.
This is not a customer-service preference. Implied human-use language on a research-chemical storefront is the single most common reason such a store loses its payment processing and its advertising accounts, and it is a matter that regulators can act on directly.
You are responsible for determining whether the products you order may lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed and used in your jurisdiction, and for complying with every applicable law and institutional requirement.
You are responsible for the safe storage of material on receipt, for its handling by appropriately trained people, and for its disposal in accordance with the rules that apply to your facility.
Some compounds in this catalogue are controlled or restricted in particular states or countries. You are responsible for confirming that the material you order may lawfully be received and held at your delivery address, and we may decline or cancel an order where that is in doubt.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any point before dispatch, without being required to give a reason. Where an order is cancelled under this policy, payment is refunded in full.
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, and any dispute arising out of it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.
The Research Use Only position is not a page you can read and then set aside. It determines what the rest of the site is allowed to say, and it explains several things visitors ask about.
It is why product listings state a compound, a presentation and a price and nothing else. It is why the Research Hub writes about storage, intake logging and reading certificates rather than about applications. It is why our team will answer a question about a lot number in minutes and will not answer a question about reconstitution at all.
It is also why the catalog is short. We list compounds we can describe accurately, and the honest description is the only one this policy permits.
We record which lot was allocated to which order, so that a question raised months later about a specific vial can be answered against the certificate that applies to it.
You should keep the same record at your end. A result that cannot be traced back to the material that produced it is a result that cannot be repeated.
Order records are retained in our order system, so that a dispatch can be traced back to the order it was sent against.
