Where you place an order on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are authorised to bind that institution to these terms.
Product listings state the compound, the presentation and the price. They do not describe effects, benefits or applications, and no statement on this site should be read as one.
We take care over listing accuracy but do not warrant that every listing is free of error. Where a listing is wrong, we may correct it, and we may cancel and refund an order placed against an incorrect listing before it is dispatched.
Availability is not guaranteed. A compound between production runs may be listed as unavailable at short notice.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax, both of which are calculated at checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Research Use Only Policy, and we may refuse to open a new one for the same person or entity.
By placing an order you consent to receiving order-related communications by email. These are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from while an order is open.
Marketing email is separate, requires opt-in, and carries an unsubscribe link in every message.
This site relies on third-party services for payment, shipping labels and hosting. Their terms apply to their part of the transaction and we do not control them.
