Quantities beyond the listed presentations are quoted directly. Tell us the compound, the presentation and the volume and we will come back with pricing and lead time.
Bulk pricing is not published because it depends on three things we cannot guess: which compound, what run size, and how often. A single 50-vial order and a standing quarterly order for the same volume are different pieces of work and they price differently.
Tell us as much of the following as you can and the quote will be faster and closer to final: the compound and presentation, the quantity, whether this is one-off or recurring, and the institution or entity purchasing. If you need certificates issued against specific lots for record-keeping, say so — it changes how we allocate the run.
We do not quote bulk pricing to anyone indicating human or veterinary use, at any volume.
Compound, presentation, quantity and timeframe. The more specific, the faster the quote.
Pricing and lead time, including whether it comes from current stock or a new production run.
On confirmation the material is allocated against a lot and the certificate for that lot is provided.
Packed and dispatched with the contents recorded against the order. Bulk orders filled from stock are dispatched within three business days.
Three things move the number, and knowing which one is binding on your order usually tells you whether it is worth asking.
The first is run size. A quantity that fits inside an existing production run prices differently from one that requires a run to be commissioned, and the break point differs by compound.
The second is whether the order repeats. A standing quarterly order lets us plan production against known demand, which is worth more to us than a single large order and is priced accordingly.
The third is documentation. An order that needs material allocated from a single lot, with certificates issued against that lot for your own record-keeping, is more work at our end than one that can be filled from whatever is in stock. It is entirely reasonable to need that — say so and it will be quoted in.
Bulk pricing applies to orders of $1,000 USD or more. Below that, standard catalogue pricing applies.
Bulk orders filled from existing stock are dispatched within three business days. Where an order requires a new production run, we will confirm a date in writing before you commit — that timeline depends on the compound and on laboratory scheduling, and we would rather quote it accurately than quote it quickly.
We quote to researchers, laboratories, universities and companies buying for in-vitro research. We ask which so that the documentation matches what you need, not to gatekeep.
We do not quote to anyone indicating human or veterinary use, at any volume and at any price. That is not negotiable and it applies to bulk enquiries exactly as it applies to a single vial.
