This policy describes how DualCore Peptides handles personal information collected through dualcorepeptides.com — what we collect, why, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices available to you.
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number where supplied, and the contents of your order. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by us.
When you contact us we keep the message and our reply, so that a later question about the same order has context.
When you browse the site we collect standard technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed — through cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy.
To take and fulfil orders, to arrange delivery, to answer enquiries, to keep the lot records that tie an order to a certificate, to detect and prevent fraud, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Where you have opted in, to send occasional email about products and offers. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing does not affect order-related email.
Carriers, to deliver your order. The payment processor, to take payment. Our hosting and email providers, as part of running the site.
We share personal information only with the providers needed to run the store, and only so far as each needs it:
We do not sell personal information.
Order and lot records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and traceability purposes.
Order records are kept for seven years, which is the period we need them for tax and accounting purposes. Contact messages are kept for two years. Marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them, together with a record of the withdrawal. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for a copy of it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of it for targeted advertising. Email support@dualcorepeptides.com with the request.
We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need longer. Before acting on a request we confirm your identity by matching the request to an order in our records — we will not delete or disclose an account on an unverified request.
Requests go to support@dualcorepeptides.com.
The site runs over HTTPS and payment details are handled by the processor rather than stored by us. Access to order records is limited to people who need it to fulfil orders and answer enquiries.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
This site is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. See the Age Verification Policy.
We hold order information because it is necessary to perform the contract you entered into when you placed the order, and because tax and traceability rules require us to keep records of what was sold and to whom.
We hold contact messages because it is in both parties’ interest that a follow-up question has context. We hold marketing preferences only where you have given consent, and only for as long as that consent stands.
DualCore Peptides operates from the State of Texas. Where your state has its own privacy statute, we apply the same rights and timescales to your request rather than asking you to establish which law applies.
Marketing email is opt-in. We do not add customers to a marketing list because they placed an order, and we do not buy lists.
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. Unsubscribing has no effect on order-related email, which continues while an order is open.
We do not use purchase history to infer anything about you beyond which products you have bought, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Our hosting, email and payment providers store data in the United States. We do not transfer personal information outside the United States in the ordinary course of running this store.
We update this policy when what we do with information changes. The last-updated date above records the most recent change, and material changes are notified to anyone on the marketing list.
Reviewing this page before placing an order is worthwhile if you have not read it in a while — it is short by design.
