Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. DualCore Peptides is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DualCore Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dualcorepeptides.com and include photographs of the damaged packaging and products. We will review each situation individually.
Shipping Restrictions
DualCore Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates applicable laws or regulations.
